Coaches for Acro Trapeze Retreat 2025:

           Laura Zeigler

Laura joyfully teaches Yoga and AcroYoga to adults and kids in Boulder, CO. She loves practicing in community and moves into embodied relationship with curiosity, open communication and creativity. When she is not on the mat teaching or practicing, you can find Laura spending quality time with her family, adventuring in the mountains near her Colorado home, or upside down in the park - either on her hands or someone else’s feet!

        Charlie Seeman

Charlie's passion for trapeze is rivaled only by his passion for acro, or maybe teaching, or was it skiing? Let's just say he's got a few interests. With his years of teaching trapeze, and founding a trapeze school, as well as over ten years teaching acro, Charlie is excited to put many of his passions together in Costa Rica! (except the skiing)

        Shawn Watson

Shawn has worked and flown at numerous rigs around the globe. Most recently been spotted at Fly Mile High, Circus Vision Collective, The London Circus Company, and Emerald City Trapeze Arts. When not in the air, he’s on the road with touring Broadway shows. Looking forward to spending an incredible week in the jungle!

        Al Firstenberg

Al is a collegiate trained dancer who has been coaching Flying Trapeze since 2015. In that time, they have coached at Trapeze School New York,  Philadelphia School of Circus Arts, and  Fly Mile High. They currently teach dance classes at Denver Circus Collective and are a stage performer at Casa Bonita as the Mysterious Sorsoro.

      Danimal Bridge

Danimal Bridge is a dynamic performer and teacher with over a decade of experience in acro and circus arts. When he’s not inspiring others through workshops or performances, Danimal enjoys creating music, mountaineering, kitesurfing, snowboarding, and cultivating vibrant communities.
